Fascinating techniques, especially with film. I like what his concept of real life is and how he tries to translate that into his work.

The tree photos have more of a personal feel, I like that a lot!

Ooh love these photos. Corbijn is also my all-time hero. Ever since I was young, but instead of your Metallica-period, I was in my teens during his famous shoots with U2.

Those photos of U2 are fantastic. I have his book "1234" and I saw a lot of those photos for the first time. I also would love to get my hands on the book he did with Tom Waits, but it seems like there aren't many of them and they are $$$$. Thanks!
